- BSECE: 109 total
- 19 female (17.4%), 9 (47.4%) received Latin Honors
- 90 male (82.6%), 33 (36.6%) received Latin Honors
- MS: 67 total: 15 female (22.4%), 52 males (77.6%)
- PhD: 32 total: 2 female (6.4%), 30 males (93.7%)
